BEMEX BOOT s.r.o. & BEMEX MARINE d.o.o. (hereinafter BEMEX) strives to provide the best possible service to our customers. With this privacy statement we would like to outline the way we use data you have provided us with by using our website www.bemex.cz or corresponding with us through e-mails.

Collecting information about you

We collect information about you when you request information or an offer from us (name and email). In case of chartering one of our boats, we require the following additional information to create the crew list and to register you in the E-Visitor-System: name and surname, date of birth and place of birth, passport or ID card number, address of stay, number of boating license. All this data is required to register the stay of our guests with the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia.

The way we use information

We use your personal data in the following situations:

to create an offer for the requested service,
to create a reservation confirmation for the requested service, issue an invoice, prepare a contract or voucher, - to create the crew list and to register you in the E-Visitor-System (with the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia),
your date will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary to provide the service you requested (e.g. a replacement vessel from another agency or in the event of a ship's inspection at sea),
to occasionally inform you by email (information about new products or promotions). Each of these promotional emails contains instructions on how to unsubscribe from the mailing list,
to send valuables left on board to your address (upon your request)

BEMEX does not sell, trade or rent any of your personal information. We are obliged to disclose your personal data only in the case of a court order or for the protection of the rights of BEMEX.

We use "cookies", Google on the website and links to / from other websites

We are constantly following trends to improve the security of our websites and server. Our website uses internet "cookies".
