OUR BASE IN SUKOŠAN
D-Marin Dalmacija, the largest marina in Croatia, is located in a naturally protected bay, 7 km south of the ancient port town of Zadar. The marina is easily and safely accessible by modern highway and just 10 km from the Zadar international airport (ZAD) and approximately 1 hour by car from Split international airport (SPU). The office is located just opposite the pier 13 & 14 where most of our yachts are berthed as well.
Being located in the center of this most beautiful and interesting coastline opens opportunities to explore one of the best cruising areas in the world. It is a great place to start sailing to the world of islands in the Kornati National Park as well as to the south or north of the Adriatic coast and islands.
Arrival by car
Car parking is possible inside the marina for 11 € per day. When you enter the marina, you pick up a ticket and when you leave the parking fee must be paid at the parking machines nearby the marina gate.
Arrival by plane or ferry
For a transfer you can use a public taxi or simply use UBER app (usualy cheaper than a taxi) or we can book a transfer for you. Transfers can be ordered at your request with payment on the spot in cash to the taxi driver. Indicative prices per car up to 8 persons one way:
- Zadar airport (ZAD) - Marina Dalmacija 50 €
- Zadar ferry - Marina Dalmacija 50 €
- Split airport (SPU) - Marina Dalmacija 200 €
- Split ferry - Marina Dalmacija 230 €
Restaurants and shopping
There are several restaurants and cafes in the marina and especially in the nearby village (accessible also on foot). Groceries are available in several supermarkets in Sukošan. One smaller one is right at the main gate of the marina, two larger ones in the village are only accessible by car, or in Zadar (6 km) in many large supermarkets - opening hours Monday-Saturday 07:00-21:00. Closed on Sundays except July and August.
Fuel station
For yachts and cars at Pier 1, working hours from 8:00 to 20:00. You will receive the vessel with a full tank and it must be topped up before check-out. If the tank is not topped up, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus a handling fee of €100.

To visit the famous and „must see“ Kornati National Park and Telašćica Nature Park, you need tickets, which are significantly cheaper if you buy them online than from the rangers upon arrival at the park:

Ždrelac bridge – WARNING !
The Ždrelac bridge connecting the islands of Pašman and Ugljan, directly opposite the entrance to the marina, has a clearance height of only 16.50 m. Sailing boats up to 35 feet can pass under the bridge. When sailing towards the Kornati Islands, it is necessary to bypass the island of Pašman from the south or the island of Ugljan from the north.
